Barbe Rouge

Barbe Rouge is an aroma hop developed through the Comptoit Agricole breeding program in the Alsace growing region of France. Barbe Rouge offers bright flavors of red fruit like currant, strawberry and raspberry, rounded out by zesty orange, lime and kumquat. It's well-suited for heavily hopped beer styles like IPAs and pale ales, while still being delicate enough to use in a classic pilsners and Belgian styles. French elegance meets versatility with a flash of modern flavor.
