Carb Stone - 2 Micron w/ Flare Threads

Use this 2 micron oxygen stone with an oxygen source or aeration pump to provide your yeast with oxygen pre-fermentation. The stone is threaded instead of barbed, allowing you to combine it with a swivel nut fitting to easily connect and disconnect your tubing. This feature makes it convenient to detach the stone and place it into a pot of boiling water for sanitization.

Important Usage Note:

• Avoid touching the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can clog the small pores in the stone.
• If the pores become clogged, boiling the stone can restore and re-open them.
