Dolcita HBC 1019 c.v. is a newly named experimental hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company, a joint venture between John I. Haas and Yakima Chief Ranches.
The aroma of Dolcita HBC 1019 has been described as:
"A potent but pleasing mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruits. With notes of coconut, Valencia oranges, caramelized bananas, peaches, and honeydew melon."
Agronomically, Dolcita HBC 1019 is a high-yielding variety that harvests early in the season and has good storage properties.
