Having a starting gravity of 1.082 and a late hop addition makes is unusual.  Light tan head and a dark amber body.  It has malt aroma.  ThIs is well balanced flavor of bitterness of malt combined with a sweet alcohol.

OG:1.082  FG:1.022  IBU:29  SRM:25  ABV:7.5%

Full in body and velvety when aged for 6 months.  Malty nose leading into a flavor that is a smooth well balanced blend of maltiness, roasted malt and hop flowers .

Is It Cheating

Traditional Bock

The aroma is fruity, malty and alcoholic.  A sweet malt entrance with alcohol competing for the lead with the sweet malt finish.  Has an aromatic finish and clean hops to follow.
