Specialty Beer

This traditionally German, sour beer is fast taking over the sour scene, and it’s tart, salty taste makes for an outstanding refreshment.


5 lbs. Pilsner LME
3 lbs Wheat LME
2 lbs. Acidulated Malt (20min at 156)


1 oz  Hallertau (60 min.)
.5 oz  Hallertau (10 min.)


White Labs WLP029 – German Ale/Kölsch Yeast

Other Ingredients

1 oz oz. (21 g) sea salt (10 min.)
.50 oz ground coriander (Optional)(10 min.)
